# A clear understanding.

Information about quotes, attendance and use of this website.

## Quotes and attendance

Availability and any estimated arrival time are confirmed when you contact us. An enquiry form is not a confirmed booking. The agreed scope, parts, labour and any additional charges should be confirmed before work starts.

## Authority

You must be authorised to request access or changes to the relevant property or vehicle. Proof may be required. Landlords and managers must arrange access appropriately with occupiers.

## Urgent work

If work is required during any applicable cancellation period, the business should explain the relevant request and consent before proceeding. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

## Information

Website guides are general information. Prices, suitability and repair options depend on the actual door, lock and circumstances. In an immediate threat to life or safety, contact emergency services.
