Adjustment has limits
Hinges and compatible keeps may allow adjustment, but a damaged frame, distorted door or worn hinge can require additional work. Tell us if the door has been forced or if building work recently changed the opening. The goal is a door that closes and locks with normal effort; adding a different cylinder alone does not correct a door sitting badly in its frame.

We assess hinges, clearances, keeps and the overall condition before adjusting compatible components. Structural damage may require additional work.

Describe where it catches and whether the problem changes with weather or use. Avoid repeatedly slamming the door to close it.
