A new cylinder does not solve every door fault
If the door already rubs or the handle needs lifting hard, include that in the enquiry. Replacing the key-operated part may leave the underlying alignment problem untouched. For several entrances, discuss whether separate keys or a compatible shared-key arrangement would be more practical, and keep a record of the keys issued after fitting.
