Opening, repair and positioning need separate planning
Tell us if the safe is fixed to a wall or floor and whether moving it would involve stairs or restricted access. Heavy units and specialist locking systems need capability checks before attendance. Explain if ownership documents are inside so authorisation can be discussed. An opening enquiry should also cover how the safe will be made usable afterwards, if repair is possible.
